Products
Are Armor and FileWall the same product?+
No. Armor protects folders against ransomware behavior. FileWall intercepts and rebuilds documents through CDR. They are technically separate applications.
Can I purchase only one product?+
Yes. Choose Armor, FileWall, or the combined suite.
Why choose the suite?+
To cover two different risks: destructive changes performed by processes and active content embedded in documents.
What is PEPack?+
PEPack is a packer for Windows PE32 and PE64 executables. It compresses compatible sections, generates the required startup code, and can add integrity checks and licensing.
Which algorithms does it use?+
LZNT1, XPRESS, XPRESS_HUFF, and LZMA. Each offers a different balance of compatibility, speed, and compression ratio.
Do PEPack-generated serials activate PEPack itself?+
No. PEPack generates serials for applications packed by its users. The commercial license that activates PEPack itself is issued and managed separately by the Armor FileWall portal.
Does PEPack replace code signing?+
No. Changing an executable requires renewed testing and, when distributed as signed software, a new Authenticode signature on the final output.

Which cards are accepted?+
This depends on the payment methods enabled on the Shopify store; they are shown at checkout.

Which Windows versions are supported?+
Armor and FileWall are 64-bit applications and support Windows 10 and later.
How do I request support?+
